6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms, the Services, or any products provided by EzGo Hair shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid, if any, for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or (b) the equivalent of one hundred (100) USD.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EzGo Hair and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EzGo Hair is established, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in such jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within a reasonable time, either party may proceed to seek legal remedies.

9. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including without limitation if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that could harm EzGo Hair, our customers, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Services and any Content obtained through the Services. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity obligations.
